Infosys Announces Financial Highlights for Q2 2023

Interim Dividend Declared

October 25, 2023: Bangalore, India - Infosys, a leading global IT services and consulting company, today announced its financial highlights for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2023. The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 18 per share.

Financial Highlights

For the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2023, Infosys reported:

• Revenue growth of 5.2% QoQ and 19.6% YoY to Rs. 36,538 crores.
• Operating profit growth of 4.4% QoQ and 17.5% YoY to Rs. 8,081 crores.
• Net income growth of 3.9% QoQ and 17.3% YoY to Rs. 5,473 crores.

Infosys President and Chief Executive Officer Salil Parekh commented, "Our performance in Q2 was steady, driven by a strong demand environment and our continued focus on execution excellence. We have seen strong growth in our core offerings, and we are well-positioned to continue to serve our clients in their digital transformation journeys."

Interim Dividend

Infosys has fixed October 25, 2023 as the record date for the interim dividend and November 6, 2023 as the payout date. This dividend is in addition to the final dividend of Rs. 18 per share declared for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023.
