Bayern Munich Complete Signing of Michael Olise from Crystal Palace
Deal Worth 60m
Move Ends Long-Running Transfer Saga
Bayern Munich have finally completed the signing of Michael Olise from Crystal Palace, bringing an end to a long-running transfer saga. The Bundesliga giants will pay a fee of 60m, including add-ons, for the 22-year-old winger.
Olise has been a key player for Crystal Palace since joining the club from Reading in 2019. He has scored 19 goals in 85 appearances for the Eagles and has been capped by England at youth level.
Bayern Munich have been tracking Olise's progress for some time and were determined to sign him this summer. The German champions see him as a long-term replacement for Kingsley Coman, who is entering the final year of his contract.
Olise is expected to undergo a medical in Munich on Monday and will then join up with his new teammates for pre-season training.
